Our story began within Gavdi Group, a company with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations transform their HR and workforce operations with SAP. In 2017, Gavdi established Gavdi Labs as its dedicated technology arm – creating a space for innovation, software development and new ways to extend the capabilities of SAP solutions.

Over time, the ideas, products and expertise developed within Gavdi Labs evolved into a dedicated software business. PXMSOFT was established to bring this innovation to market through a focused portfolio of cloud solutions designed to complement and extend SAP SuccessFactors. Gavdi officially launched PXMSOFT as its product-focused business in 2022.
