We’re excited to introduce the 2025.3 release of Easy Document Management, packed with new features and enhancements that make document handling even more seamless, secure, and flexible. This release brings a sharper focus on compliance, user control, and workflow efficiency, helping HR teams, administrators, and managers work smarter with less manual effort. There will be new updates to the document lifecycle management (DLM), Document Configuration and the Archive. Customizable options for the DLM configuration, optimization of document flows and templates as well as optimization of the archive synchronization with SuccessFactors.
Merging of documents in DLM
It is now possible to merge documents through the DLM by adding them as an appendix through the document generator before sending the document for signature. The API will send a job to the signature provider that merges the documents into one complete document when signing. This will now allow users to add a signature to the appended documents as additional validation of the provided information to the employee.
Hide Preview Button for Employee Self-Service scenario
The preview PDF button can now be configured to be disabled for document types for a given portfolio. This will hide the preview PDF button when generating a document in the document generator. This will allow for employees to generate documents for themselves without being able to interact with the final version of the document, thereby not being able to download the document before it is sent for approval and/or signature.
Improvement of archive synchronization
We have improved the time of the cache refresh on EUAA, meaning that users will beupdated and synchronized faster in the archive when they are being added to Employee Central in SuccessFactors.
AdobeSign Two-Factor Authentication
If you’re using AdobeSign, it is now possible to add two factor authentication via mobile phone to a DLM flow. This features allows to add an additional step of authentication when sending the document for signature, meaning you will need to authorize via mobile before entering and signing the document.
CPR-number integration with AddoSign
If you’re using AddoSign, it is now possible to fetch the CPR-number (Danish national ID) and send with DLM allowing users to receive documents directly in their E-Boks or Digital Post (Danish mailing system) and sign with MitID.
