At PXMSOFT, we’re constantly evolving to meet the needs of our users. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a host of new features for our Document Management Solution. These enhancements are designed to make your document handling processes smoother, more efficient, and tailored to your unique needs. PXMSOFT has a strong history of delivering updates to ensure maximum performance and improve functionalities.
PXMSOFT Document Management (Release 2024.1) is the first of 3 releases this year. The 2024.1 version of PXMSOFT Document Management represents an evolutionary step in product maturity and supports our ability to offer a growing range of services, best practices, and business process optimization to help existing and new customers realize their full potential.
*PXMSOFT Document Management will be in QA environment in 10.04.2024 and will go into a Production environment on 17.04.2024
Release Highlights
Improved Onboarding and Recruitment experience
- Streamlined Contract Creation: Easily create contracts or offer letters, using recruitment data. Now, future hires and onboardees can be seamlessly integrated into the document generator and archived with a simple configuration.
Improved DLM Statuses
- Simplified Status Names: We’ve renamed DLM statuses for clarity, removing indications of stakeholders. Transition smoothly with both old and new statuses displayed during the transition period. After 90 days, only the new statuses will appear, including the merging of candidate/employee statuses.
Functionality
- Direct Transfer from SuccessFactors: Source documents directly from the SAP SuccessFactors platform into your archive with a simple configuration setup.
- Bulk Downloads: Select and download multiple documents easily with the new bulk download feature, creating a named zip file for easy reference.
- Filtering on Sourced Requisitions: Improve performance by filtering out closed requisitions when sourcing from the Recruiting generator.
- DocuSign Date-Field Placeholders: Placeholders (/s1/, /s2/, /s3/, etc.) now include placeholders for dates, ensuring signatories know where to place their signatures.
- Reminders on Notifications: Enable notifications to be sent every 24 hours if no action has been taken on the current action, helping to keep processes moving seamlessly.
Privacy and Security
- Uploads for Terminated Employees: Calculate retention/deletion policies automatically when uploading documents for terminated employees, ensuring compliance.
- Requisition Document Generator Update: Candidate first names have been removed from the requisition document generator pop-up, streamlining the sourcing process.
- Deletion Request Transparency: When deleting a document from the archive with “Request approval for deletion” enabled, you can now view the reason in the “Deletion Request” tile on the front page.
- Recipient Filter Updates: Users, such as employees, can only see documents pending their action, improving clarity and privacy.

- Document ID in Metadata: Unique document IDs are now visible in archive file metadata, simplifying tracking and management.

- Usability: Enhanced employee visibility with secondary viewpoints of employee documents.
- Enhance Document Tracking: Ease of access to “Read & Acknowledged documents” with the new document compliance tile, providing clear visibility of document movement.
