The move brings together complementary expertise, solutions and people under a single organisation, creating a stronger and more unified proposition for customers and partners.

PXMSOFT’s story began within Gavdi Group, which has more than 25 years of experience helping organisations transform their HR and workforce operations with SAP.
In 2017, Gavdi established Gavdi Labs as its dedicated technology arm, creating a space for innovation, software development and technology services across the broader SAP landscape, including SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP S/4HANA.
Over time, the ideas, products and expertise developed within Gavdi Labs evolved into a dedicated software business. PXMSOFT was established to bring this innovation to market through a focused portfolio of cloud solutions designed to complement and extend SAP SuccessFactors, and Gavdi officially launched PXMSOFT as its product-focused business in 2022.
Today, bringing Gavdi Labs into PXMSOFT represents the next step in that journey – combining the product portfolio and HR expertise of PXMSOFT with the broader SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA expertise, technology services and innovation developed through Gavdi Labs under one identity.
